central<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u201csistema antiguo\u201d (siglo XX) no desaparece por persuasi\u00f3n.<br>Permanece porque est\u00e1 estabilizado por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>infraestructuras (energ\u00eda, finanzas, log\u00edstica)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>marcos legales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>redes de poder (captura)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>h\u00e1bitos culturales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dependencia de trayectoria (path dependence)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eso se representa como una <strong>barrera de potencial<\/strong> <math
