de <strong>Lighting Funding (Miami)<\/strong> en 2006, renace ahora bajo una nueva escala global: <strong>Sea Hub MDQ y MDQ Supers\u00f3nica 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo es claro: <strong>transformar Mar del Plata en la capital atl\u00e1ntica de innovaci\u00f3n, comercio, turismo y tecnolog\u00eda del Cono Sur<\/strong>, con proyecci\u00f3n intercontinental y sustentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2693 Eje de intervenci\u00f3n portuaria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El n\u00facleo del proyecto es la <strong>prolongaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n de la actual d\u00e1rsena principal<\/strong>, donde se encuentra el elevador de granos.<br>La intervenci\u00f3n completar\u00e1 el dise\u00f1o original de la <strong>constructora francesa<\/strong> que edific\u00f3 el puerto a comienzos del siglo pasado, adapt\u00e1ndolo a los est\u00e1ndares log\u00edsticos y energ\u00e9ticos internacionales.<br>En 2006, Lighting Funding (Miami) ya hab\u00eda comprometido una primera etapa de <strong>USD 500 millones<\/strong>, sujeta a participaci\u00f3n local del 25%.<br>Hoy, el escenario se ampl\u00eda con <strong>contactos oficiales con autoridades de Dub\u00e1i<\/strong>, interesados en liderar la inversi\u00f3n inicial de esta transformaci\u00f3n
