Shakira is invited to become the Founding Global Partner and Chairwoman of Latin Creative Strategy of EcoBuddha Maitreya Music: the first AI-native Latin music platform designed to create the future of music, holographic artists and immersive concerts.

The objective is to build, beginning in Latin America, the first integrated platform combining:

Rather than asking Shakira to manage a giant company from day one, we propose a phased strategy with a concrete, realistic and highly visible first step.
Phase 1 – The Latin Music Lab
The first stage will focus on:
- Producing the first 50,000 songs.
- Creating the first 10 virtual Latin artists and holographic avatars.
- Developing a first-generation music AI engine and production system.
- Launching the first pilot media network through MacroMedia in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
- Designing the first prototype holographic concert.
The purpose of this phase is not only to prove the technology, but to create the first visible and tangible version of the future music industry.
Phase 2 – The First Holographic Latin Star
The second phase will include:
- The launch of the first fully virtual Latin artist.
- The first holographic concert experience in several cities simultaneously.
- Personalized music and avatars according to the audience’s preferences.
- Expansion of production from 50,000 songs to 500,000 songs per year.
At this stage, EcoBuddha Maitreya Music would begin to occupy a new space between music, cinema, streaming and technology.
Phase 3 – Global Expansion
After validating the model, the system would scale toward:
- 2 million songs per year through SpaceArch’s existing infrastructure.
- International production centers.
- Proprietary streaming.
- Global franchising.
- Expansion toward 100 million songs per year.
The objective is not to compete with the current music industry, but to build the next version of it.
The Role Proposed to Shakira
Instead of a traditional CEO role, which may appear too operational and restrictive, we propose that Shakira assume the role of:

The first production center may be located in the country she considers most appropriate:
- Colombia, because of its cultural identity and Latin American leadership.
- United States, because of its access to capital, technology and global markets.

Equity Proposal
We propose up to 5% of the global equity of EcoBuddha Maitreya Music, distributed according to concrete milestones:
- 1% upon accepting the role and participating in the launch.
- 2% upon helping establish the first production center and strategic alliance.
- 2% upon participating in the international investor group and expansion.
This structure reduces risk, aligns incentives and allows Shakira to become one of the founding figures of the company.
Social Mission
A key part of the project is its social dimension.
A percentage of the profits generated by EcoBuddha Maitreya Music will be allocated to:
- Music education.
- Scholarships for young Latin American talent.
- Educational programs in Colombia and Latin America.
