ARTICLE I – NAME AND LEGAL NATURE
The official name of this entity is +AIOmega International Strategy Unit, hereinafter referred to as “+AIOmega.”
+AIOmega is constituted as an internal consultancy, strategic operations, and high-level negotiation unit within SpaceArch LLC, a core operating entity of Maitreya MacroMedia Corp.
+AIOmega operates with functional and representational autonomy for international strategy, negotiation, and deployment, while remaining fully accountable to the Board of SpaceArch LLC and, ultimately, to Maitreya Corp.
It is not a separate legal corporation, but is authorized to act externally under delegated mandate.
ARTICLE II – PURPOSE AND MANDATE
The purpose of +AIOmega is to serve as the primary strategic interface between the executive command of SpaceArch / Maitreya Corp and external institutional, financial, governmental, and corporate actors.
Its mandate includes, but is not limited to:
1. International Representation & Negotiation
- Represent SpaceArch LLC and its associated megaprojects in:
- Governments and multilateral institutions
- Banks, funds, and sovereign investors
- Strategic corporate and industrial alliances
2. Legal & Strategic Structuring
- Draft, review, and safeguard:
- MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, framework agreements
- Strategic cooperation and licensing structures
- Coordinate with external legal counsel where required.
3. Partner & Stakeholder Activation
- Identify, evaluate, and activate:
- Institutional partners
- Financial actors
- Strategic intermediaries and facilitators
4. Operational Deployment Coordination
- Structure and coordinate:
- Territorial deployment of projects
- Legal, financial, and governance frameworks
- Local execution partners and compliance structures
5. Compliance, Ethics & Oversight
- Ensure alignment with:
- International legal standards
- Ethical frameworks of SpaceArch / Maitreya
- Sustainability and transparency requirements
ARTICLE III – ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
+AIOmega is structured as a lean, high-trust, high-authority unit, composed of the following core roles:

Financial Liaison – MENA Region

UAE Banking & Financial Partnerships
AI & Strategic Intelligence Advisor

Senior Consultants
- Appointed ad hoc, per project, region, or sector.
All members report directly to the Board of SpaceArch LLC.
No parallel or informal chains of authority are recognized.
ARTICLE IV – POWERS AND ATTRIBUTIONS
Under delegated authority from the Board of SpaceArch LLC, +AIOmega is empowered to:
- Sign MOUs, LOIs, and Strategic Agreements, subject to Board authorization thresholds.
- Act as the official external face of SpaceArch in:
- Diplomacy
- Finance
- Commerce
- Strategic communications
- Establish regional delegations, task forces, or consultancy nodes.
- Authorize commissions, finder’s fees, or compensatory structures with approved partners.
- Coordinate operational tracking and transparency with:
- Phoenix System
- Mayday.live, where applicable.
No authority extends to equity dilution, asset disposal, or irreversible commitments without explicit Board approval.
ARTICLE V – CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE
All members, consultants, and affiliates of +AIOmega must sign a Master NDA.
- All information handled by +AIOmega is considered classified by default.
- Disclosure requires explicit written authorization.
- Any breach of confidentiality results in:
- Immediate removal
- Legal action
- Permanent exclusion from the SpaceArch / Maitreya ecosystem
ARTICLE VI – DURATION AND DISSOLUTION
+AIOmega is constituted for indefinite duration.
Dissolution may occur only through one of the following mechanisms:
- Formal resolution of the Board of SpaceArch LLC
- Integration into a higher institutional or governance structure by decision of Maitreya Corp
- Mutual written consensus of:
- All Executive Directors
- The Founder
ARTICLE VII – STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT PROVISION
+AIOmega operates in alignment with the strategic, ethical, and long-term planetary vision defined by the Founder and Supreme Architect of Maitreya Corp.
Decision-making shall prioritize:
- Long-term systemic impact over short-term gain
- Planetary sustainability over local optimization
- Structural coherence over opportunistic expansion
This provision does not override legal or fiduciary obligations, but frames strategic intent.
FINAL CLAUSE
+AIOmega exists to reduce friction, accelerate execution, and protect strategic integrity across all SpaceArch and Maitreya initiatives.
It is a tool of precision, not bureaucracy.
A bridge, not a bottleneck.
