AI Expo by ExpoPlanet
Dear Members of Professional Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Federations, Business Organizations, Clusters, and Industry Institutions,
We are pleased to invite your institution to become an Institutional Partner of AI Expo by ExpoPlanet, a permanent international platform designed to promote companies, professionals, products, services, research, innovation, and business collaboration worldwide.
Our objective is to enable every participating institution to expand the value it delivers to its members through a global digital ecosystem operating year-round.
Foundations of the Partnership
Institutional Representation
Your organization will have an official institutional presence within AI Expo by ExpoPlanet, increasing its international visibility while strengthening the positioning of its members.
Benefits for Your Members
Member companies, professionals, startups, researchers, and organizations will be able to showcase their products, services, technologies, projects, and innovations to a global audience.
Permanent Digital Infrastructure
Unlike traditional trade fairs that operate only a few days each year, AI Expo functions continuously, providing 24/7 visibility, networking, business development, and international promotion.
Global Reach
The platform is designed for international deployment, enabling participating institutions and their members to reach markets worldwide through multilingual digital technologies.
Long-Term Collaborative Ecosystem
The partnership creates opportunities for future joint initiatives, specialized exhibitions, educational programs, innovation projects, and international business development.
Revenue Sharing Model
As an Institutional Partner, your organization will participate in a transparent collaborative business model designed to generate recurring value for both the institution and its members.
50% Net Profit Participation
Your institution will receive 50% of the net profits generated from exhibitors, participants, sponsors, or business opportunities referred directly by your organization to AI Expo by ExpoPlanet.
This model transforms institutional networking into a sustainable source of additional revenue while creating value for your members.
TaskSales Commercial Network
Institutional Partners may also participate in our TaskSales Global Commercial Network, which promotes the products and services of companies integrated into the ecosystem.
Participating institutions will receive a minimum 5% commercial fee on successful sales generated through their network, with opportunities for higher commissions depending on each project or commercial agreement.
This enables chambers, associations, and business organizations to create an additional recurring revenue stream while actively supporting the international commercialization of their members’ products and services.
Institutional Confirmation
To ensure clear institutional representation within the ecosystem, each participating chamber, association, federation, professional body, cluster, or business organization is invited to formally confirm its participation as an Institutional Partner of AI Expo by ExpoPlanet.
Upon confirmation, the institution will be officially integrated into the platform, allowing its members to participate under its institutional representation and benefit from the collaborative opportunities offered by the ecosystem.
We look forward to welcoming your organization as a strategic partner in building a global ecosystem for innovation, international business, and artificial intelligence.
SpaceArch XR Copilot Co-Development
- Co-Development and Technological Integration: Beyond standard institutional representation, we invite selected strategic partners to participate directly in the co-development and regional expansion of SpaceArch XR Copilot. This creates a collaborative technological bridge, enabling participating institutions and their members to integrate advanced spatial computing and AI assistant frameworks directly into their local ecosystems, aligning technological innovation with shared commercial growth.
