How the PANLATAM – PANAFRICA – PANMENA Network Works and How to Join
The global economy is entering a new phase.
The Fourth Wave is no longer enough on its own.
The next stage combines:
- AI
- education
- telework
- coworkings
- marketplaces
- franchises
- Digital Labs
- territorial nodes
- continental networks
SpaceArch has designed an architecture capable of connecting all of this into a single territorial operating system.
This is not just an isolated portal.
It is an integrated continental network that can be replicated in every country, every city and every community.
What Is the PAN System?
The PAN System is composed of three major blocks:
- PANLATAM = Latin America
- PANAFRICA = Africa
- PANMENA = Middle East and North Africa
Each block works with the same logic:
Learn + Produce + Sell + Connect + Expand
And all of them are integrated within the global SpaceArch infrastructure.
What Does Each Node Include?
Each country and each city can have its own local network, formed by:
- News and content portal
- Business and professional directory
- Products and services marketplace
- Telework platform
- Gen Academy courses and certifications
- Coworkings and Startup Nodes
- Digital Labs
- Advertising and sponsors
- AI, software development and HardSoft services
- Franchises
- SelfLance and international work teams
- Banks, fintech and payment systems
Examples:
- argentina.panlatam.cloud
- mexico.panlatam.cloud
- colombia.panlatam.cloud
- dakar.panafrica.cloud
- dubai.panmena.cloud
- jobs.argentina.panlatam.cloud
- news.colombia.panlatam.cloud
- startups.dakar.panafrica.cloud
Each new node adds value to all the others.
The Global Architecture
The system is based on an international strategic triangulation:
| Node | Function |
|---|---|
| Denver | Global HQ, leadership, strategy and coordination |
| Miami | Finance, expansion, partnerships and integration with the Americas |
| Dubai | Technology, investment, smart cities and PANMENA expansion |
| Mar del Plata | Pilot node, living lab and model validation |
| Tokyo | Hardware, XR, robotics, advanced AI and Asia |
| Sahel / Africa | Accelerated expansion of PANAFRICA |
Each node has a different role, but all of them work together.
How the Network Works
The structure is organized in four levels:
- SpaceArch Central
- Continental Block
- Country Operator
- City / Local Node Operator
Each city generates revenue.
That revenue is automatically distributed across all levels.
Example: if a local node generates US$100,000 net:
| Level | Share | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| City Operator | 20% | US$20,000 |
| Country Operator | Effective 16% | US$16,000 |
| Continental Block | Effective 12.8% | US$12,800 |
| SpaceArch Central | Effective 51.2% | US$51,200 |
This means that any person, company, university, coworking, incubator, NGO or investor can join the system and participate in the network’s growth.
Who Can Join
The system is open to:
- Entrepreneurs
- Companies
- Coworkings
- Universities
- Programmers
- Designers
- Agencies
- Banks
- Fintech companies
- Sponsors
- Investors
- Business chambers
- Municipalities
- Governments
- NGOs
- Telework networks
- Franchise operators
There is no need to build a huge platform from scratch.
The system can be activated quickly using:
- WordPress
- templates
- subdomains
- plugins
- reusable content
- AI
- banners
- directories
- marketplaces
- courses
- teleworkers
This dramatically reduces costs and accelerates growth.
Benefits of Joining
Participants in the system receive:
- Revenue sharing and commissions
- Access to a continental network of companies and clients
- Use of the SpaceArch infrastructure
- Gen Academy courses and training
- Access to teleworkers and HardSoft teams
- Business development in USD
- The possibility to open coworkings, Startup Nodes and Digital Labs
- Franchise opportunities
- Sponsors and advertising
- Access to SelfLance and distributed development
- Integration with PANLATAM, PANAFRICA and PANMENA
The system is designed so that every participant acts like a partner, not an employee.
Available Revenue Sources
Each node can generate cash flow from:
- Courses
- Certifications
- Advertising
- Sponsors
- Memberships
- Marketplace
- Company registration
- AI services
- Software development and HardSoft
- HostWeb
- Coworkings
- Franchises
- Digital Labs
- Events
- Banking and fintech services
- Lead generation
- Premium news
- Directories
- E-commerce
- Telework
That is why every city can become a small digital economic center.
The Main Engine of the System
The strongest feature of the model is this:
80% of the net profit generated by PANLATAM, PANAFRICA and PANMENA is automatically reinvested into the creation of the first 100 multifunctional coworkings and Digital Labs in each participating country.
This means:
- 23 countries in PANLATAM
- 54 countries in PANAFRICA
- 20+ countries in PANMENA
Estimated first phase:
More than 10,000 interconnected physical and digital nodes.
Each one of these nodes generates:
- jobs
- education
- companies
- telework
- innovation
- new revenue
- further expansion
And then it helps finance the next generation of nodes.
How It Expands
1. A city is activated
2. The city generates revenue
3. Part of that revenue is distributed
4. 80% of the profit is reinvested
5. New coworkings and Digital Labs are created
6. More cities and countries are added
7. The network grows by itself
This creates an organic expansion, similar to a biological network.
First, a single cell appears.
Then the cell reproduces.
And eventually a complete ecosystem emerges.
What Makes This Model Different
The system does not depend on massive upfront investments or thousands of employees.
It works through:
- a few central cores
- many motivated operators
- franchises
- nodes
- partnerships
- automation
- AI
- territorial replication
That is why it can grow much faster and at a much lower cost than traditional structures.
How to Participate
There are several ways to join:
As a City Operator
Open a local node, coworking or Startup Node.
As a Country Operator
Coordinate an entire national network.
As a Sponsor or Investor
Join through advertising, banking, fintech, funds or partnerships.
As a Company
Offer products, services or hire teleworkers.
As a University or Educational Center
Integrate Gen Academy, courses and certifications.
As a Programmer or Freelancer
Join SelfLance, HardSoft and the international work teams.
As a Government or Municipality
Use the system to accelerate digitalization, employment and local GDP.
Final Formula
More Nodes = More Revenue = More Expansion = More Value for Everyone
The PAN System does not aim to create simple portals.
Its goal is to build the infrastructure of the new digital economy across Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
A network where every new country, city or participant makes all the others stronger.
SpaceArch and the Construction of Fifth Wave Infrastructure
A simple, gradual and accessible transition for companies, entrepreneurs and communities
For many years, technological evolution advanced in stages.
First came personal computers.
Then Windows appeared, creating a new way of working.
Most companies did not need to reinvent themselves from scratch.
They simply began using a new infrastructure that made things easier, faster and more accessible.
Before that, working with computers required complex technical knowledge.
Then, with Windows, millions of people were able to use a PC without needing to be specialists.
The current transition toward the Fifth Wave is very similar to that moment.
It is not about replacing companies or forcing them to change everything overnight.
It is about building a new technological and organizational foundation so that everyone can benefit with minimal costs and minimal effort.
From the Fourth Wave to the Fifth Wave
Many companies are still completing their transition toward the Fourth Wave:
- digitalization
- websites
- e-commerce
- social media
- software
- telework
- basic automation
But the Fifth Wave adds something more:
- integration
- coordinated artificial intelligence
- distributed work networks
- education connected directly to the market
- coworkings and Digital Labs
- global production from any city
- interconnected nodes
- organic territorial expansion
It does not mean abandoning what already exists.
It means building on top of it to take the next step.
What SpaceArch Is Building
SpaceArch does not seek to compete against traditional companies.
It seeks to build the infrastructure that allows them to evolve more easily.
In the same way that Windows made computers easier to use, SpaceArch aims to make access easier to:
- AI
- telework
- education
- marketplaces
- distributed production
- coworkings
- Digital Labs
- sponsors
- clients
- international expansion
The idea is that any company, professional, university, coworking or municipality can connect to the system and benefit from it without having to build everything from scratch.
A New Infrastructure for Everyone
SpaceArch is developing a network built around:
- Gen Academy
- PANLATAM
- PANAFRICA
- PANMENA
- coworkings
- Startup Nodes
- Digital Labs
- SelfLance
- HardSoft
- marketplaces
- directories
- sponsors
- education
- teleworker networks
Each part has a different function.
But together they form a common infrastructure upon which any organization can grow.
For example:
- A company can use Gen Academy to train staff.
- It can hire teleworkers within the system.
- It can open a small coworking or Startup Node.
- It can sell its products or services inside the network.
- It can access sponsors, partnerships, advertising and new markets.
- It can integrate into PANLATAM, PANAFRICA or PANMENA depending on its region.
All of this with costs far lower than building an independent structure.
The Logic of Organic Growth
The Fifth Wave does not expand like a large centralized corporation.
It expands like a network.
First, one node appears.
Then that node helps create others.
And eventually the whole network begins to grow by itself.
1. A city or company is activated
2. The company generates activity and revenue
3. Part of those resources returns to the system
4. New coworkings and Digital Labs are created
5. More people and companies join
6. The network continues growing
This logic is very similar to the early expansion of the internet or Windows.
Every new user made the system more valuable for everyone else.
Lower Cost, Higher Speed
One of the biggest problems of traditional digital transformation is that it often requires:
- a lot of money
- a lot of time
- specialized teams
- complex development
SpaceArch’s proposal is different.
Instead of requiring major investments, it uses simple and accessible tools:
- WordPress
- templates
- subdomains
- plugins
- reusable content
- AI
- small coworkings
- modular Digital Labs
This makes it possible to start with a minimal investment and grow gradually.
A city does not need to create a huge technology campus.
It can begin with:
- a small coworking
- a few courses
- a local directory
- teleworkers
- sponsors
- a community
And grow from there.
An Opportunity for Companies and Communities
The Fifth Wave does not belong to a single company.
It is an opportunity for thousands of companies, professionals, universities, municipalities and organizations to participate.
Everyone can join according to their possibilities:
- learning
- producing
- selling
- connecting
- expanding
The goal is not to replace what already exists.
It is to help everything that already exists work better.
A Transition Similar to the PC Era
In the 1980s and 1990s, many people doubted computers.
They seemed complex, expensive and difficult to use.
But once a simple and accessible infrastructure appeared, millions of people were able to incorporate computers into their daily work.
The Fifth Wave may represent a similar change.
SpaceArch seeks to build that infrastructure.
Not for a few.
But so that any person, company or city can access it and benefit from it.
Because when the infrastructure exists, change no longer feels difficult.
It begins to feel natural.

Who trains the people? → Gen Academy. Where do they work? → Coworking spaces and Digital Labs. How is it monetized? → Courses, sponsors, marketplaces, franchises, advertising, fintech. How does it scale? → Nodes, countries, clusters, and reinvestment. How is it coordinated? → The AI trilogy and SpaceArch Central. How does it start? → A pilot node, then cloning.
Priority for NGOs within the SpaceArch PANM System
Within the SpaceArch PANM System — integrating PANLATAM, PANAFRICA and PANMENA — priority will be given to NGOs that wish to participate as representatives, local operators and node coordinators if they meet the following conditions:
- legally established
- more than 100 active members
- at least one year of proven activity
- real presence and demonstrated work within their communities
The objective of this policy is simple:
Bring into the Fifth Wave the organizations that are already helping people.
Many NGOs already have experience, local networks, social legitimacy and direct knowledge of the problems of each community, but they often face limitations in income, technology, digitalization and access to global opportunities.
The SpaceArch PANM System is designed to solve that problem.
Selected NGOs will be able to become:
- local operators of Gen Academy
- coordinators of Startup Nodes
- managers of coworkings and Digital Labs
- representatives of SelfLance and Cloud Work Network
- partners of MegaStore, Trade Network Global and telework programs
- coordinators of social, educational and environmental projects
- connectors between local communities and the international PAN network
In this way, NGOs do not only continue helping their communities.
They also begin to generate new income, jobs, training, entrepreneurship and access to Fifth Wave tools.
Benefits for Participating NGOs
Participating organizations will be able to:
- receive commissions and income for operating local nodes
- access SpaceArch courses, technology and tools
- integrate their members into telework and international projects
- develop their own franchises, startups and services
- connect with other NGOs, universities, companies and investors
- participate in humanitarian, educational, scientific and environmental projects
This creates a new model of cooperation:
NGOs no longer depend only on donations or subsidies. They become part of a self-sustaining digital economy.
A PAN Community in Permanent Evolution
By integrating NGOs into the network, the SpaceArch PANM System creates an interconnected international community in constant evolution:
- economic
- scientific
- technological
- social
- educational
- cultural
Every new NGO integrated into the network strengthens the others.
Every new node creates more opportunities.
Every country contributes its experience, culture and human capacity.
In this way, the PAN network becomes more than a technological platform.
It becomes a living continental community of cooperation.
The NGO network integrated into the SpaceArch PANM System is not primarily designed to expand the business, but to accelerate the arrival of help, opportunities and development to the communities that need them most.
For this reason, priority will be given to NGOs that are legally established, have more than 100 active members and at least one year of proven work.
These organizations already know the local reality, have a real presence in the territory and can act as nodes for distribution, training and coordination.
Within the system, NGOs will be able to operate:
- Gen Academy
- Startup Nodes
- coworkings and Digital Labs
- telework programs
- social, educational and environmental projects
Later, when MegaStore, Trade Network Global and the rest of the ecosystem begin to generate income, the 50% of net profit allocated to Mayday can be distributed quickly through this network.
NGOs will become:
- economic aid distribution nodes
- coordinators of local projects
- representatives of their communities
- members of the Mayday Consultative Assembly
In this way, Mayday will not be a distant and centralized organization, but an international network built from the communities themselves.
First we build the human network.
Then, on top of that network, we build help, development and the Fifth Wave.
More connected organizations.
Stronger communities.
More Fifth Wave opportunities for everyone.
