Disponiendo el uso inmediato de 2.139.439,4 millones de U$S/ año para Salvar al Planeta. Se instrumente la Democracia Digital Directa Global y se cree un Eco Gobierno Planetario.". PROYECTO Eco Gobierno Planetario: Naciones Unidas instrumentará mediante el sistema de Democracia Digital Directa un plebiscito para la creación de un Gobierno Planetario de coalición, para cuya aprobación se contará con la votación del 50% más uno de los votos de todos los ciudadanos habilitados del mundo. Tal gobierno centralizado tendrá incumbencias en temas globales, como el cambio climático, las catástrofes medioambientales, los recursos naturales vitales y estratégicos, las enfermedades, el hambre, la pobreza extrema, las guerras, la trata de personas, la defensa de los derechos humanos universales, el combate al narcotráfico y a la corrupción.
