Humanity is going through a deep crisis of accelerated growth due to technological change, Global Warming, overpopulation, wars, pandemics, racism and religious intolerance.
It’s been 40 years since people started talking about Global Warming, why haven’t the governments of the world done anything effective so far to reverse the problem? The reason is because the very system of social, economic and political organization of the nations of the Earth prevent it.
Currently there are 194 sovereign countries recognized by the UN with self-government and complete independence. While the 8,000 million inhabitants in 2023 communicate through 7,000 different languages, with 90%, spoken by less than 100,000 people, by tribes or populations with different dialects. It is clear that the United Nations organization is insufficient to create and consolidate planetary unity. This requires the creation of a World Eco Government together with a Global Parliament that guarantees democracy and citizen rights.
We are advancing rapidly towards the formation of a Type I Civilization, that is to say planetary. For this, a global centralized political decision system is needed, sum of intensive capital resources of the entire planet for common objectives of all Humanity, ensure peace and well-being of the entire population, create a Planetary Coalition Army dissolving the national and a universal language so that there are no more language barriers. And a superior control and use of energy that can be achieved when the fusion reactors are activated.
What is a Type I Civilization? According to the Kardashov scale, which establishes three categories, they are based on the amount of energy that a civilization is capable of handling. Type I is characterized by dominance of the resources of its home planet. We currently stand at 0.73 on the scale, and projections indicate that we could reach Type I within 100 years. By then we could take advantage of the available energy of the planet, equivalent to 1016 W. To obtain the required range of energy use, humanity will have to access the use and control of nuclear fusion, antimatter, tidal energy, large-scale renewables and satellites capturing space solar energy.
The imprint of Global Warming and its solution implies that world society reorganizes itself and advances towards a Type I Civilization model, accelerating the process of global integration through the creation of a Planetary Eco Government controlled by a system of Direct Digital Democracy, advised by a Science Council made up of the best scientists from all continents. There is no other solution to coordinate the actions that must be applied and to at the same time guarantee and expand the rights of world citizens in the face of the different forms of aggressive control of citizen privacy associated with governments, which have arisen with digital technologies. De facto we are already within a geometric progression of planetary governance, under the centralization of exponential digital computing power. Since birth we have all been digitized and subtly controlled.
What it is about is reorganizing the planet’s resources and governance systems to achieve cost effective solutions to global problems. To attend to the triple scourge of hunger, overpopulation and global warming, 2 to 3% of the annual world GDP is required. There is where to extract them. From any point of view, a world system that already consumes 2% of global GDP in military spending, another 5% in corruption, another 2% in money laundering, another 2% in smoking, another 2% in drug trafficking and another 2% is incoherent. % in mobile telephony (15% of the total GDP in superfluous expenses)… While refusing to contribute a 2% fund to Save the entire Planet… The UN Environment Program (UNEP) advises allocating 2% for the green economy… what are we waiting for?!
With these funds it will be possible to allocate an annual budget of 500 billion US$ to end world hunger, pandemics and alleviate extreme poverty. It will also be possible to activate a planting program of 30 billion trees (kiri) per year to capture CO2 in the trunks to later bury them and return this greenhouse gas to the subsoil and return to 350 ppm free in the atmosphere. As well as moving to hydrogen and electric cars, accelerating fusion reactors, decontaminating the oceans, saving the Amazon, the Arctic and recovering fishing grounds, fighting global corruption, drug trafficking, trafficking and terrorism.

1.- Defend and save human lives at risk. Hunger causes irreversible damage to the children who suffer from it. More than 820 million people in the world suffer from hunger today. Nearly 2 billion people suffer from moderate or severe food insecurity in the world.

Committing $500 billion per year to end hunger, pandemics, and extreme poverty worldwide… No more mass murder through starvation and preventable disease! Enough of massive criminality due to the indifference and omission of the rest of the world population! It is time to react and give a definitive solution to this preventable tragedy.
Not supporting this Master Plan is being against Sacred Life, the continuity of Humanity as we know it, civilization and against God himself. Because this is a Plan that comes from the Divine Mind in aid of his son, man, in danger of mass extinction due to his own fault and recklessness, due to the irrational lust of the consumer market and unbridled capitalism.
Every year, some 25 million children do not receive life-saving vaccines, putting them at risk of devastating and entirely preventable diseases such as measles and polio. The cost of full childhood vaccination in low-income countries is just $18 per child, down from nearly $25 a decade ago. For every million dollars invested in manufacturing vaccines, 55,555 children are saved. This is the equation.
Providing food security, so that an adequate diet is not lacking for any low-income inhabitant of the planet and having sufficient vaccine batches is Priority No. 1 on the list.
2.- Stop Global Warming, which can potentially devastate our civilization if detonating and accelerating retroactions are activated, leading to runaway warming, making the planet uninhabitable due to the evaporation of ocean waters and a quantitative leap of the greenhouse effect towards the 100º C. This event is within the probabilities. Given the evidence that 450 ppm of CO2 can be reached by 2030 or shortly thereafter and the threshold of 2ºC reached, it is prudent to set a new goal of zero carbon emissions by 2030, redoubling efforts, hyper-concentrating all available resources.
For this, sufficient intensive capital funds must be available, equivalent to 2 or 3% of annual world GDP. If governments do not want to release them, the private sector must act immediately. The various multinationals, which act as strongholds of global capital and marketing, must be able to contribute 50% of their net profits for a minimum of 5 years. We must all understand that it is necessary to make the effort, that we cannot postpone or delegate it. This is Priority #2 on the list.
3.- Ensure World Peace. The world trembles at the possibility of a Third Atomic War from the extension of the Russia-Ukraine conflict towards NATO and the United States. There are also wars and conflicts in Africa and other regions of the planet. Pacify. This is Priority No. 3 on the list.
4.- Colonize the Moon and Mars. The colonization of our satellite and of Mars will promote the development of new technologies and will allow the human species to develop in new niches or planetary ecosystems, increasing the chances of survival of technological civilization in the event of a major catastrophe on our planet. mother.
