MAITREYA BUDDHA: HOW TO IMPROVE BRAIN MEMORY WITH DIGITAL MEMORY

MAITREYA BUDDHA: HOW TO IMPROVE BRAIN MEMORY WITH DIGITAL MEMORY

During almost 25 years of journalism, I wrote some 19,360 articles, notes, interviews and chronicles; Due to that training I have the ability to write a book per month. I came to not need the recorder, I wrote the reports from memory, I concentrated and remembered perfectly all the dialogue, the questions and the answers. I used to do unabridged tabloid page stories and redacting in no time. My journal record was writing 8 full pages in 6 hours.

Records as a writer: I published 93 books (translated into more than 8 languages), in 3 years, 29 in 2019, 10 in 2020 and 54 in 2021, from March 2019 to March 2022. An average of more than 30 books per year. I also wrote “Opción Cero” and then “Gaia Maligna” in just one day. Whereas for the “First turn in the wheel of the modern Holy Dharma” it took me 3 hours.

Between April 21, 2021 and May 21 of the same year, I wrote 11 books, not allowing time for them to be published.

Other writers have taken more than 30 years to be able to write more than 90 books. It took me just over 10% of that time.

I have written 108 books so far. An average of 300 are scheduled, including series on science, meditation, Buddhism, astrophysics, neuroyoga, etc., and movie scripts.

For each book I write I read between 50 to 100 books and documents. Since I write an average of 30 books per year, this makes an average reading of 1,500 to 3,000 per year. In 2021 I wrote and published 54 books, counting two that I canceled and redid. Now my new goal is to be able to write 100 books per year to get closer to my goal of completing the scheduled series.

What is the secret of my method? Meditate and access superconscious states, entering a state of coherent alpha synchronization in both cerebral hemispheres and learning to process information at quantum speed. This is possible with the techniques I developed in “Synaptic Meditation” and in “MinfulAction: Sophia Technique, scientific meditation”, which can be downloaded from my Amazon page.

But how do I do it, what is the secret, how do I use the capacity of my memory and concentration?

I practice meditation since I was 16 years old. One of the techniques I mastered was visualization. In a state of complete concentration and abstraction, he used to remember some moment of the day walking through the streets of the city. Then I saw myself in 3D, in full color and in omnivision, I could see all the details of the environment all around me, on all four sides, that my subconscious and unconscious minds had registered.

It was through this basic training that later in writing and journalism I learned to write with my mind in a lucid subconscious state. In other words, write without thinking, letting the subconscious mind, the subconscious memory do all the work, and do it very quickly.

Thanks to my great power of concentration, I was able to abstract myself from the precariousness of the newspaper’s newsroom, where all the journalists were crowded with their desks stuck one next to the other, people who passed from one side to the other, talking, shouting and so on. etc

Many years later, becoming a writer and with the help of digital technology, I organize my task map, first collect information, create folders, use keywords and multi-level work.

That is, sometimes I work on several books at the same time. This reduces the depletion of my brain memory capacity, frees up a large part of its potential for other uses and relies on my digital memory, on my references and data compilations for each book. I generally search and download 50-100 books and documents for every new book I start working on and I read all of this documentation completely.

I use some notions of speed reading. But the fundamental thing that I have learned is to have perseverance and patience, in order to be able to move forward and conquer each small goal.

Now, with the advances that we are seeing coming with AIs, we will all be able to improve our capacity for work, organization, memory and production. AIs will assist us in all imaginable knowledge processes and will incredibly reduce creation times in any task.
